A Little History

It all started with a cake pan. We have always loved making special treats and birthday delights but we were never quite sure how to achieve the desired outcome in our finished products. Then many years after that first cake pan, it was decided that “we” would begin cake decorating classes and really put our noggins and pans to use.
The Red Barn Bakery bakers are perfectly aligned. They brainstorm on the creation, each takes a baking fundamental, and where one can grow sugary flowers from a pastry bag, the other goes about putting the edible confection together, creating landscapes on fondant.
