This is a picture of a cake we just created for a Dallas Cowboy fan. The sugarpaste figurine is wearing a football jersey with the number “8″ on the shoulders and “Aikman” painted on the back. We included a sugarpaste couch, football, cup of coffee, and a bowl of cheesy snacks. The cake is covered in a marbelized fondant with buttercream beads surrounding it.
We had a lot of fun making this cake and the topper rests atop a tv entertainment center now. I’m curious to how long it will last.
